Meeting 22/1/2010

Interact had a meeting yesterday (22/1/2010) at 5 Gigih.

Int. Pravin talked about the Recycling Project.

Interactors were being asked to give the old newspaper or recyclable items to the Form Representatives or Int. Pravin himself.

The recyclable items will be stored in 5 Gigih class.

Next,

Sekolah Khas Visit .

Date : 7th of February 2010, Sunday.

Time : 8 - 1.30pm

Venue : Southern Park

After the event, ICC meeting will be held in the Sekolah Khas.

Next is the ICC Futsal Competition. (Organized by ICC)

Interact Club Membership

New members have to pay RM10 for the membership fee and name tag.

The money must be collected by next Wednesday which is 27/1/2010.

And, the name tag must be in full name.

Lastly,

Our IU Day.

It is expected to be held on the 20th of March, 2010. [2pm - 6pm]

HICT Auditorium Hall, Klang

Those who are interested in performing or something related in the Entertainment, find Int. Qusai.

Food N Beverages [ F n B ] -consult Int. Saravanan if you're interested or have any ideas about it.

Publicity, every Interactors are responsible to spread the words and let everyone knows about our IU Day.

Usheres, find Int. Kang Li. He needs 20 volunteers.

Sponsorship, Interactors may go to places to ask for sponsorship for the club's activities. Everyone should take part in this.

Lastly, Security. Those who are big-sized guys, it's time to show that you are able to protect people. Find Int. Sam Chee Keong if you want to take part in the Security role. There's no smoking or fightings going to happen around the HICT Auditorium Hall.

News

Hello Dear Interactors.
There is big news that have to be announced here now.
Pn. Chandrika and Pn. Cecilia will be NO longer the Teacher Advisors for our club.
The teachers who are going to replace them are Cik. Malini and Pn. Parimala. They will be the teacher advisors for our club from Year 2010. This news might be shocking but I believe that all of us should welcome our new teacher advisors with open arms. I would also like to take this oppurtunity to thank Pn. Cecilia and Pn. Chandrika for guiding us thoroughout the past 6 months. Thank You Very Much Teacher! Whatever it is, we'll still love both of you!

interact conference... =)

dear interactors who are going for the District Conference,

there are some info which you all need to know and here they are:

1. For the Secretariats, please gather at Royal Klang Club on the 8th Dec 2009 at 8am sharp or before.

2. For the rest of the interactors, at Padang Sultan Sulaiman on the 10th Dec 2009, 8am sharp or before.

3. On the 13th, everyone will be leaving Inti at 3pm and will approximately reach Klang town by 4.30pm.

*Please arrange your transportation and remember, PUNCTUALITY. =)*

Dressing codes:
1. Opening ceremony which is on the 11th, everyone is required to wear either interact uniform with tie or school uniform.
2. Workshops, please wear your interact t-shirt. (each of you will receive 2 conference t-shirts too.)
3. Sports and outdoor events, collared t-shirt with track pants (no shorts)
4. Formal night/ Dinner, girls are required to wear either gown or blouse and skirt while for the guys, shirt, long pants and tie.

*no slipper, sandals, sleeveless shirts, mini skirts and shorts throughout the events*

and and Bring along pillow, blanket, toiletries and slippers(for bathroom use) too.

A special attention to Int. Lee Hao Jia,
please bring along your DSLR as you're the photographer for the event. =)

Lastly, the Secretariats will keep you updated about more information on the conference. Be sure to drop by the blog to check out the latest infos ya. =D

Hello people!

Shopping Spree was a great success, with the help of our Interactors and also certain non-Interactors. The kids from Happy Home arrived at Tesco at about 10.00 am. The shopping session made our Interactors and the kids to get to know each other well and also form a very good relationship. The main objective of this project is to buy new clothes for the kids in conjunction with the Childrens' Day on 31st October. A total of 14 Interactors helped out to accomplish this project. So, Thank You very much to all the Interactors who attended this Shopping Spree and making it a success. =D
