On the 31st August 2010, at 7.30 am, Interact Clubs of Klang District had an event called “Merdeka Walk” organized by Interact C0-ordinating Council (ICC). The objective of this event was to unite interactors of various races and different schools.In this event, interactors frm 9 schools from Klang Valley took part. 26 interactors from ACS joined this event.The route of the walk was from Royal Klang Club to Jalan Taiping and then back to Royal Klang Club. All the interactors gathered at the club at 7.45 am and the walk began.The walk was lead by Rt.Gerard. As interactors were walking, so much of noises was made and outsiders showed their support by honking and waving hands. At 10 am, interactors reached the club and breakfast was served to everyone. Food served was delicious as ever. The next event of the day was being conducted by an interactor from MGS Klang. In this event , participants from all schools have to present the poster they designed. Posters were designed based on the theme of the year.Interactors have to explain in their own creative way. As the closing ceremony, Interactors from ACS, Batu Unjur , Convent and La Salle performed and the event ended at around 12. This event was so amazing and proved to be the best so far for this term.
