We started the month of October with the Breast Cancer Awareness Walkathon organized by the Arunamari Hospital and Rotary Club of Klang. It was held at the Giant car park area on the 3rd of October. The event was joined by not only the 9 interact schools, but also the other schools in Klang district. 21 interactors from SMK Methodist ACS Klang joined the event .The students gathered at the car park around 8am. They were briefed about the walkathon and all of them were given t-shirts and caps each. The main rule was not t run, since it was a walkathon. The first 10 , to finish the lap was given medal. Int Krishnahveen won the 10th place. Students, were served with foods and drinks later on. Then, the Rotarians and Arunamari doctors gave a talk about the awareness of breast cancer among Malaysians. The event ended around 10.30am.
